‘The Baby Sylph’
An extremely rare, silver-plated miniature cigarette lighter with traditional lift-arm mechanism, and reeded design to the body, the base signed ‘Dunhill’, in a bespoke leather presentation box.
Height: a diminutive half an inch (12 mms)!
