Shotgun Cartridge ‘Placefinders’

Asprey & Co: a very stylish and rare set of ten Sterling silver, silver-gilt tipped placefinders or butt markers in the form of half-round shotgun cartridges, each with the number hand-engraved to the reverse, and marked ASPREY with hallmarks for 1996. Set within a wooden rack, with outer case in leather and bearing a vacant silver cartouche (perfect for personalisation!).

Length of each peg: 2 inches (5 cms).
