Taken over by Hermès in 1974, John Lobb thrives to this day in St. James’s street in London and the Faubourg St.Honoré in Paris. We are delighted to offer this French-made, superb leather and sycamore shoe trunk or cabinet made circa 1990 by John Lobb. Comprising of sliding trays for several pairs of shoes, and room for shoe cleaning equipment, this trunk is in superb condition. Height: 40 inches (102 cms), width: 18 inches (46 cms) and depth: 19 inches (48 cms)

John Lobb, the world’s finest shoe-makers was founded in 1866 and gained a stellar reputation as purveyor of foot-wear to crowned heads of Europe, statesmen and VIP clients ranging from the Duke of Windsor to Cary Grant.
