Rare ‘Giant’ Dunhill shagreen lighter, 1930s

A rare and large 7 inch Dunhill ‘Giant’ lighter, the main body silver-plated, the body trimmed in green shagreen. English, circa 1930s.

Additional Notes: The Dunhill ‘Giant’ lighter was introduced in the 1930s and was exceptionally popular, particularly the 4 inch version, the smaller 2 inch version being considerably rarer. This is one of only a handful of the 7 inch versions we have owned.
