A superb 18 carat gold and enamel cigarette case, the exterior with engine turned and reeded details and blue-cabouchon thumb-piece, to the inside a well-detailed painted enamel panel depicting a highly erotic orgy scene involving a gentleman and three ladies. Hallmarked 18 ct, Italian circa 1930.
