A very rare ‘Thirst Extinguisher’ cocktail shaker in red glass with a chrome plated ‘cap’ with integral strainer and applied cocktail recipes running around the glass body. Modelled after an English fire extinguisher, 29 cms (11 inches) high, American, most likely by the West Virginian Glass Company, circa.1930’s.
