A super, early wooden table football, or foosball machine by the leading Spanish maker Cordoba, circa 1950, fully refurbished in black lacquer with a light wood trim and complete with original painted alloy players and an abacus-type scoring system and 8 footballs.

This type of table is superior for two reasons, namely that the players are made of cast metal (rather than resin), and that they have two individual legs (rather than the usual ‘block’ feet) enabling infinitely better ‘ball control’. The sloped playing surface means the ball is always in motion.
