A masterly 1:8 scale rendition of the historic 4½-litre ‘Blower’ Bentley, YU 3250, campaigned by Sir Henry ‘Tim’ Birkin (1896-1933). A tour de force of the professional model-making art, representing 4,100 individual components, and hand-crafted of the same materials as the works specification original, delivered by Bentley in 1929.

Created by respected German maker Sapor Modelltechnik, features include finely detailed modelling to the engine compartment, leather upholstery, operative canvas hood and hood bag. The sporting bodywork is finished in racing green – the numerous coats of hand-rubbed lacquer assiduously applied to reproduce the same shade of green as the original. Beautifully made, with details above and beyond the call of duty, this represents one of the best scale ‘Blower’ models we have ever seen.
