Tétard Frères: an exceptional Art Deco Sterling silver cocktail shaker of grand proportions, created by the leading French silversmith Tétard. The slim, tapered body features a deep collar at the foot profusely decorated with a diagonal beaded trim, which is echoed in the neck of the cap. Along with Christofle and Puiforcat, Tétard were known as the leaders in French Art Deco silver, and produced award-winning creations in the 1920s under the creative guidance of Valéry Bizouard.

An extremely stylish Modernist silver cocktail shaker made by the firm of Norwegian court jewellers and silversmiths Jacob Tostrup (Est. 1832). The shaker with a slender facetted body and pull off corked cap, has a conical bayonet fitting strainer underneath. The base is stamped ‘830S’ and ‘J TOSTRUP’ and bears a Norwegian date stamp for 1949.
