A very large and impressive Sterling silver cocktail shaker of Modernist form, by the Danish silversmiths Michelsen, the large tapered body featuring the silver and enameled crest to the front of the Danish Yacht Club, the insignia reading KONGL DANSK YACHT KLUB, with a blue enameled ribbon surrounding a white flag bearing three gold stars and a crown, the cap bearing the MICHELSEN mark with various hallmarks. Danish, circa 1925.
