Sculptural female head, 1950s

A large and supremely elegant silvered bronze Art Deco-style sculpture of a stylized female head in the style of Brancusi or Modigliani (although unsigned), the face with slender, elongated features is mounted on a period marble plinth. Austrian, circa 1950s.
