An original crayon and gouache artwork for VOGUE magazine by Georges Lepape (French, 1887 -1971, circa 1925, depicting a young lady dressed in the ‘flapper’ style of the period, accompanied by a young English gentleman (in the style of HRH the Prince of Wales, later the Duke of Windsor) dressed in a characteristic ‘British Warm’ overcoat and bowler hat, alighting from their Rolls Royce. Expertly framed and glazed.
Dimensions: 20 x 18 inches (50 x 46 cms).
