Russian ‘lucky charms’ cigarette case, 1908

A fine Imperial Russian silver cigarette case, applied with various signatures and monogram ‘B.K.’, in gold, with additional ‘lucky charms’ including a four-leaf clover in green enamel within a gold surround, a white enamel cigarette, a winged propeller aviation motif, a silver elephant, a gold Russian bear with humorous expression carrying a Champagne bottle, floral engraving and a large 24 carat rose gold plate, with cyrillic engraving ‘Smoke, but not too much and remember your promise’, hallmarked Moscow 1908 – 1917.
