Charles Henri Molins (1893-1958) ‘Le Skieur Alpin’

A large polychromed Art Deco bronze in the form of a downhill skier in period attire, the figure set on a inclined portoro marble base, with onyx ‘snow’ and stylized mountain peaks to each side of the base. French, circa 1930.

Stamped H MOLINS to both skis, and BRONZE.
